With over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, James started his career working for boyhood football club Leeds United, followed by a career in hotel sales management before becoming founder of Successful Events in 2014.

Enjoys spending time with family, meals out, movie nights, walks in the park, weekends away! Favourite Event Destinations: Belfast, New York, Amsterdam

With a background in hospitality and a degree in Business Management with Economics, Olivia brings a well-rounded and strategic approach to event planning. As a Senior Event Coordinator, she specialises in venue finding and event management, combining industry insight with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.

Her career began in the hotel sector, giving her a deep understanding of operations, guest experience, and what makes a space truly work for an event. Olivia also has hands-on experience working on-site at events across the UK and Europe, ensuring smooth delivery from planning to execution. She thrives on matching clients with the perfect venue, negotiating the best terms, and visiting new cities in the process.
